The business will provide hair styling services for the number of bridal party members, guests, and/or models booked, as specified during the initial consultation between the client and the business. This may include up-styles, down-styles or blow-dries on the day of the wedding and/or event, and any pre-wedding trials as agreed between the business and the client.
The client may request to add additional hair styling services to their booking provided the business agrees in writing, however they may not remove services.
A start time and location for services will be arranged in order to best have the services completed on time. The business will endeavour to complete the services by the requested time, however timings may change due to circumstances outside of the service provider’s control.
It is the client’s responsibility to make the business aware of any potential issues including but not limited to medical conditions, hair lice, allergies, and/or sensitivities of any member in the booking prior to the effected member’s hair services being performed.
The business reserves the right to cancel the agreement if the behaviour of the client is deemed inappropriate, if the client reports a condition that the business deems to be a risk to the health and well-being of their self or others, or if the working environment poses a safety risk to the business. In such cases any payments that have already been made by the client for the service are non-refundable.
The business cannot be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the client if the client has not informed the business of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the client at the time of the service.
The business will work with the client on the day of the wedding and/or event to provide hair styles that align as close as reasonably possible with the hair styles agreed upon with the client, however results of the hair styling services will vary depending on the hair type, length and condition of the individual receiving the style.
If the client isn't satisfied with the results of their service upon completion, the client may request a refund of up to 50% of the total booking value within two weeks of the service being completed.
For bookings over AUD $1000, the client agrees to pay a AUD 30% non-refundable deposit in order to secure their booking. The remaining fees must be paid by 4 weeks prior to their booking date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay any outstanding fees by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking and no refund of the deposit or any other amounts already paid will be given.
Payments may be made electronically using details provided by the service provider.
The client may cancel their booking up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date and receive a refund for the amount already paid less the non-refundable deposit, and fees for any styling services already performed that exceed the deposit amount.
On occasion the business may encounter unexpected, additional expenses for the necessary completion of the client's booking. Such expenses will be passed onto the client. Additional expenses may include but are not limited to parking fees, and electrical tag-and-testing services where required by the client's service venue.
In the case that the requested completion time or number of people in the booking changes at the client's request, an assistant fee or early-start fee may be charged. In the case that the booking location is moved outside of the agreed travel area, an additional travel fee may be charged.
In the event that the client must cancel or reschedule their booking due to force majeure, the booking payment may be transferred to a new date pending availability. In the case that the business is not available on the new date, credit will be offered to use towards services offered by the business.
In the unlikely event that the business can no longer perform the services booked due to personal illness, injury or other extenuating circumstances, they will notify the client at the earliest possible time and refund the booking amount in full less the cost of any services already performed. In such circumstances, the business will endeavour to find a suitable, alternate service provider.
The business may be taking photographs and/or videos at all hair styling sessions for use in portfolios and marketing including social media, website and other promotions. The client agrees for photos and/or videos of themselves and all members of their bookings to be used for such purposes unless expressed otherwise.
